Immigrant Visa Application (DS-260)

After your petition for you Alien Relative has been approved, your case will be transferred over to the National Visa Center (NVC). At the NVC you will be required for complete form DS-260, which is an online Immigrant Visa Application for the beneficiary coming to the U.S.

The required fee for the visa application is $325.00 for each alien coming to the U.S. The fee will be paid through the U.S Department of State online website and once it is processed, form DS-260 can be opened.

Once submitted, Form DS-260 does not formally execute a visa application.  The visa application is not formally made until the visa applicant(s) is interviewed by a U.S. consular officer.
